OFFICIAL RULES — FIDO’S BARK $100 PETCO OR PET SMART GIFT CARD SWEEPSTAKES

The Fido’s Bark $100 PetCo or Pet Smart Gift Card Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is sponsored solely by AMERICAN PET TECH, LLC, California, USA (“Sponsor”). Sweepstakes questions may be directed to giveaway@fidosbark.com. The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, members, managers, agents and representatives of Sponsor, its affiliates, and its advertising or promotion agencies, as well as members of their immediate families or households, are not eligible to enter or win. The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 a.m. Pacific Time on July 27, 2026 and ends at 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time on August 31, 2026 (the “Sweepstakes Period”). To enter through Fido’s Bark, an eligible entrant must, during the Sweepstakes Period, download the free Fido’s Bark application from the Apple App Store or Google Play if the entrant has not already done so, create or have an existing free Fido’s Bark account, and submit through the Sweepstakes entry form the same valid email address associated with that Fido’s Bark account. By submitting an entry through this method, the entrant confirms that the submitted email address belongs to the entrant and is associated with the entrant’s Fido’s Bark account, and Sponsor may verify the existence of that account for purposes of determining eligibility. No purchase, paid subscription, in-app purchase, app rating, app review, referral, social-media activity, marketing consent, or other payment or commercial transaction is required to enter. Alternate Method of Entry: An eligible entrant may enter without downloading, installing, registering for, or using Fido’s Bark by completing the Alternate Method of Entry form available at https://www.fidosbark.com/alternate-entry during the Sweepstakes Period and providing the information requested on that form. An entrant using the Alternate Method of Entry is not required to have a Fido’s Bark account. Entries submitted through the Alternate Method of Entry will receive the same opportunity to win as eligible entries submitted through the Fido’s Bark entry method. Limit one (1) entry per person during the entire Sweepstakes Period, regardless of entry method. An individual may not obtain additional entries by using both entry methods or by using multiple names, email addresses, accounts, identities, devices or other means. If multiple entries are received from the same individual, Sponsor may retain the first valid entry and void subsequent entries. Entries that are automated, fraudulent, incomplete, inaccurate, altered, late, generated through methods intended to circumvent the entry process or entry limit, or otherwise fail to comply with these Official Rules may be disqualified. Entry into the Sweepstakes does not require consent to receive marketing or promotional communications, and declining or unsubscribing from marketing communications will not affect an entrant’s eligibility or chances of winning. One (1) prize will be awarded consisting of one (1) $100 PetCo or Pet Smart gift card, winner's choice, with an approximate retail value of $100.00. The gift card is subject to the terms, conditions and restrictions imposed by the card issuer. The prize may not be transferred or assigned by the winner before delivery and may not be redeemed through Sponsor for cash. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control. PetCo and Pet Smart and their affiliates are not sponsors of, affiliated with, administrators of, or endorsers of this Sweepstakes. Sponsor will conduct a random drawing on September 2, 2026 from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period through either entry method. Every eligible entry will have an equal chance of selection, and the odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. Sponsor will determine eligibility before confirming a winner and will not disqualify or disadvantage an otherwise eligible entrant because the entrant used the Alternate Method of Entry rather than downloading or using Fido’s Bark. The potential winner will be notified using the email address submitted with the selected entry. The potential winner must respond within five (5) calendar days after Sponsor sends the initial notification and may be required to provide reasonable information necessary to verify identity, age, residency and compliance with these Official Rules. A potential winner is not a confirmed winner until Sponsor has verified eligibility. If the potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within five (5) calendar days, declines the prize, is determined to be ineligible, provides materially false or inaccurate information, or otherwise fails to comply with these Official Rules, the potential winner will be disqualified and Sponsor may randomly select an alternate potential winner from the remaining eligible entries. Sponsor may repeat this process as reasonably necessary until an eligible winner is confirmed. The prize is expected to be awarded on or before September 15, 2026, subject to timely completion of any eligibility verification reasonably required by Sponsor. The winner is solely responsible for any federal, state or local taxes or other costs arising from acceptance or use of the prize, to the extent applicable. Sponsor will never require a winner to pay a fee, make a purchase, provide payment information or send money in order to receive the prize. Personal information submitted in connection with the Sweepstakes will be used by Sponsor to administer the Sweepstakes, validate entries, prevent fraud, verify eligibility, communicate with potential winners, and deliver the prize. Entry into the Sweepstakes does not constitute consent to receive marketing or promotional communications. Sponsor may publicly identify the confirmed winner by first name, last initial, city and state. Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use that limited winner information and statements voluntarily provided by the winner regarding the Sweepstakes for reasonable promotional purposes without additional compensation. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual Sponsor reasonably determines has attempted to tamper with the entry process, circumvent entry limitations, impersonate another person, submit fraudulent information, interfere with the security or fairness of the Sweepstakes, or otherwise violate these Official Rules. If fraud, technical malfunction, cybersecurity incident, unauthorized intervention, natural disaster, government action, platform failure or another circumstance beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control materially affects the security, fairness, integrity or proper administration of the Sweepstakes, Sponsor may, subject to applicable law, suspend, modify or terminate the Sweepstakes and, if appropriate, select the winner through a random drawing from eligible, non-suspect entries received before the affected portion of the Sweepstakes was compromised. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, delayed, incomplete, corrupted, misdirected or failed entries or communications caused by internet, email, network, device, software, hosting or service-provider failures outside Sponsor’s reasonable control, or for a participant’s failure to receive communications due to an incorrect email address, spam filtering, full mailbox or similar circumstances. By participating, each entrant agrees, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliates and their respective officers, directors, members, managers, employees, agents and representatives from claims, losses, damages or liabilities arising directly from participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance, possession or use of the prize, except for claims or liabilities that cannot legally be waived or limited. Nothing in these Official Rules is intended to waive any right or protection that cannot lawfully be waived. Sponsor’s decisions regarding eligibility, interpretation of these Official Rules, administration of the Sweepstakes, and selection and confirmation of the winner will be final and binding to the maximum extent permitted by law. The Sweepstakes is subject to applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited or restricted by law. Issues concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules will be governed by the laws of the State of California, except to the extent applicable law requires otherwise. This Sweepstakes is sponsored solely by AMERICAN PET TECH, LLC. Apple Inc. and Google LLC are not sponsors of, affiliated with, endorsers of, administrators of, or otherwise involved in this Sweepstakes in any manner. Apple Inc., the Apple App Store, Google LLC and Google Play have no responsibility for administering the Sweepstakes, selecting or verifying the winner, or awarding the prize. Fido’s Bark and AMERICAN PET TECH, LLC are solely responsible for the administration of the Sweepstakes. By submitting an entry, each entrant acknowledges that the entrant has read, understands and agrees to be bound by these Official Rules.
